What’s New?

  1. Filmmaking workshops for 17 & Under Students, as well as 17 & Older Filmmakers to be taught by previous winners. 
  2. Start time with Registration and Kick-off at 6 PM in front of the Boulder Court House.
  3. Matinee Screening at 1 PM on Sunday, September 27 of the Top 10 Films.
  4. Best 17 & Under Film to screen FIRST.
  5. Best Film to screen LAST.
  6. Announcement made at the end of each screening regarding Top 10 Films categorical award (if any given)
  7. All judging will take place prior to the actual screening of the Top 10 Films.
  8. Categorical prizes awarded at end of Top 10 screening.
  9. All Top 10 Films acknowledged regardless of categorical winnings.
  10. More participants per team entry fee, reduced prices for additional participants (no change from 2008).  See the details below.
  11. Dubbing is first come, first serve through Boulder Community Television. Read the details.
