The Shoot Out 24 Hour Filmmaking Festival

I worked with the artist, Keith Tucker back in early 1990s when I was in Hollywood working for MetroLight Studios.  Keith was the storyboard artist on a project called Super Squirrels which was going to relaunch Mickey Rooney career again as peanut butter powered super squirrel.  While the project never got picked up by the networks (this was before Cartoon Network), it exposed me to Keith’s amazing and facile talent as a storyboard artist and cartoonist.  A year ago we got back in touch again after I noticed his clever editorials in the Boulder Weekly, and when it became time again to design our fifth year poster, I asked Keith if he would get involved.  He is now living in Portland, Oregon.  So please enjoy the fruits of efforts as you see how he went from a simple drawing to a fully colored illustration using Photoshop.
